USSCo offers the finest quality in bistro dining, with a menu based around simple, seasonal and exceptionally tasty food. Culinary award-winning owner and head chef Thomas Boyce updates the menu daily according to seasonal availability, using locally-sourced produce, meat and seafood wherever possible. Our concept is to make the chef be the server so your lunch is put together as you order it, by the very same people who baked the bread, mixed the dressing and whisked together the mayonnaise. Think of it as a chef's table for every customer, even the takeaway ones.
Lunch on the go is the new normal and we understand the specific needs of the time poor working lunch eater, which is why you don’t see us trying to be everything to everyone.

Taste and experience all that the Gisborne wine region has to offer at the Gisborne Wine Centre. Located in the city’s beautiful inner harbour, it’s just a short walk from the CBD.

Lonestar                       
Located in the Inner Harbour. The bar offers a variety of beers on tap, a fine selection of bottled beer, cider, non-alcoholic beverages, legendary Lone Star cocktails and an interesting wine list with offerings from all over New Zealand, many served by the glass.

The sun-drenched deck has a spectacular view of the beautiful marina - you can dine el-fresco too, and it is a wonderful place to enjoy a drink and a yarn after work in the Gissy heat.
